| Hi, The member gender is recorded in the Business Cards. However, whenever the Member Contribution Statement is generated, the gender is always presented as "unknown". Could this be pre-populated please - I'm guessing it doesn't change often! Whilst on the topic, is there a reason that the Employer details are not kept from one statement to the next? Please consider storing them. I don't know about others, but sometimes I roll the year end several times before satisfaction, but I must complete the MCS properly each time, and refilling the Employer details seems like something that the computer could do for me! Cheers, TonyG

Hello,
The gender issue is a bug and we will fix this as part of an upcoming software update.
We will need to investigate the Employer details issue you described as it may have been intentionally left blank during design.
Regards,
MySF

| Hi, I notice that in 9.3 the gender still doesn't appear to persist? Cheers, Tony

Hi Tony,
We do apologise as this bug was overlooked and excluded from both the 9.3 and 9.4 software updates.
We will ensure it is included in the next software update.
Best Regards,
MySF
