Hello,

MySF Manager uses Crystal Reports to create, export, and print the various reprots. From the error message it looks like Crystal Reports may not have installed properly.

Please follows the directions in the 5th post of this thread: http://www.mysf.com.au/members/Topic4369-24-1.aspx to reinstall this component.

Regards,

MySF

Hello,

Could you please let us know what operating system you are using (Windows 2000/XP/Vista/ Win 7) and whether you are using a 32bit or 64 bit operating system. You can find information about your operating system via Start > Control Panel > System.

Regards,

MySF
