Hello,

We have just tested this using several different sample funds on several different computers and all the Balance Sheets exported successfully for us.

Are you able to export a Balance Sheet using the Sample Fund provided with MySF Manager? Is it possible for you to install MySF Manager on another computer, copy your fund across and try to export a Balance Sheet?

Could anyone else also post a reply here if they are having an issue exporting Balance Sheets with MySF Manager freezing?

Regards,

MySF

There appears to be a fix for this. From the SAP support web site:

SAP Note  1461325 - Unable to print from viewer in Crystal Reports .NET web application

Symptom

  • When clicking the Print button on the CrystalReportViewer control toolbar, nothing happens

Environment

  • Crystal Reports for .NET 2005
  • Windows Vista or Windows 7 64 Bit

Reproducing the Issue

  • Create an ASP.NET application which views a Crystal Report in the CrystalReportViewer control
  • Click the Print button on the toolbar
  • A javascript warning, "Object can't support this action" may be shown after clicking the exclamation-mark icon in the lower left of the browser window

Cause

The issue has been identified and logged under Problem Report ID ADAPT00779708

Resolution

  • Issue was resolved with SP1 for Crystal Reports for .NET 2005.
  • The service pack needs to be installed to the development computer where VS.NET 2005 is installed
  • Deploy the updated CRRedist2005_x64.msi file to the client system

Hi,

Excellent find. Thank you.

We have been experimenting with the 2008 version of the Crystal Reports redistributable package to see how that goes as the print function for 64-bit systems is apparently fixed.

We will fall back on your find if the 2008 version doesn't work. We will also post results of our find in this topic.

Regards,

MySF
