| I'm using version 7.0.3 and everytime I print off a balance sheet and try and export it , MySF freezes and I need to restart it. Any ideas?

Hi,
Please try to export one or more of the other reports from the system into the same format and the same location. If you find that the same problem occurs on all reports then you will probably need to reinstall the Crystal Reports component, using the information in this post: http://www.mysf.com.au/members/Topic4252-24-1.aspx
If this problem is unique to the Balance Sheet then please let us know what format you are exporting to, what your operating system is and please also check that you (and the software) have write permission for the folder where the exported file is to be created.

| I can export a trial balance, p&l and transaction listing OK. It's juts the balance sheet that doesn't work. It appear to 'jam' the program and I get a "Not Responsing" message on the MySF program. I'm running Vista.

| I have downlaoded the crystal update and reinstalled, but still cannot export a balance sheet report. Other reports are fine, just a balance sheet that won't export. The reports writer program seems to jam up and gives the message "Not Responding".

Hi,
In most cases a report failure means that all reports fail, not just one, so we are not sure of what this problem could be.
Just so that we definitely have this right, you're saying that the report appears as normal, but when you try to export it using the envelope-like icon in the top left it fails? Does this happen when you try to export to one specific format (eg PDF) or all formats?

| Sorry for taking so long to respond. I got around the problem, but it all seems to be OK now for the current financial year. Must be a corrupt file for last financial year, as I still can't export a last year balance sheet. Thanks for trying.
