Hi
After end of year roll over and checking my Balance sheet,Financial assets 011- shares were i have several holdings, the initial purchased number units of two holdings is incorrect. I have checked the share holdings under edit financial assets and the number of units here is correct.I have rolled over several times, ever rolled over two back ups but the incorrect number of units keeps coming up.

Can you suggest how I can correct this issue?
Thanks

Hi,

Can you please have a look at your asset reports (e.g. Asset Summary) for the same date? Do they also show and incorrect number of units for the same assets?

Regards,

MySF

Hi

Yes from the reports  asset summary, the number of units for the shares  at the same date are incorrect.

Hi,

This is quite odd, as this information is read from the same place for both reports. Would you be able to send through your reports in PDF format and/or data file to info@mysf.com.au so that we can take a closer look?

Regards,

MySF
