I have just run a bank reconciliation which shows the Bank Statement Balance as $23549.02 and the MySF Account Balance with the same figure of $23549.02, yet the difference is showing as $59063.93.

However when you select the reconciled items and tick them as correct, the difference shows up correctly as $0.00!

Can you please explain?

Hi,

Not sure why you are seeing this result. The difference should be zero if all items have been ticked and the bank balances are shown correctly. There may be a refresh issue on the screen. We will check it out.
