Since upgrading to version 6.0.1 there seems to be a problem with the members position report. The report shows the correct opening balances, then does not report any activity for the reporting period, eg contributions, income or expenses. The closing balance is incorrectly reported to be the same as the opening balance.

Regards .... Ron

Hi,

We have had another user report a similar problem. This may be an issue with how the data for this report is managed during the year end rollover.

We will investigate this and we will issue a fix as part of the next update.

Our office is closed for the Christmas and New Year period as of today, and the next update will only be issued after we return.

Regards,

MySF

Hi,

We have been trying to replicate this problem by running the new year end process and creating this report. However the report seems to be showing the right amounts.

Please contact us by email on info@mysf.com.au so that we may get a copy of the report from you, or get a copy of the data file from you and investigate further.

Regards,

MySF
