do i send the fund file pre end of year rollover or do I do the rollover first ?

This depends mostly on what your accountant will want to see.

If they want to see how the profits are distributed to members at the end of the year then you will need to run the end of year process and send the fund after rollover. This is what usually happens.

However, keep in mind that if your accountant wants you to make any changes then you will need to go back to a pre-rollover backup and reload that, make the changes and go through the year end rollover.
