Hi,
I assume that there was a dividend or distribution paid out to investors as part of this deal?
The order of processing depends on the actual event, but in general what will happen is that you need to process a dividend (possibly a capital repayment if that was what was received), and then record the scrip for scrip rollover. In some cases the dividend is paid after the rollover so you would need to process them in that order.
