For anyone who, like us, takes monthly ASX prices from Dial and Chart it's worth checking your renewal date and price. My subscription ran out with the 31 May, which I realised it had run out when the email didn't come through today (this being, of course, such an important day!). When I rang, they were going to renew me at full price, but when I queried this, as I had come to them via MySF, they checked and discovered they had a hole in their system which wasn't picking up MySF renewals and the MySF renewal price. My renewal was $77.00 for the year.
I reckon it was genuine error, and they were very helpful about it, by the way.
