| We are about to replace our Trust Deed (the original was 1997, and it's easier to do a new one than update the old). Has anyone used Cleardocs? They seem to offer a good document which you tailor on line for a pretty reasonable price (at www.Cleardocs.com)but the trouble is you can't really see the finished product until you've bought it.

| I used Cleardocs for my Trust Deed and found them excellent ... particularly clear descriptions ... backed by Maddocks Solicitors and much cheaper than others I looked at. The Deed is fully complying and they have an update service when new or changed legislation requires Deed changes.

| Thanks for that. I used them, and found them excellent: much easier to do it than I had expected, and very helpful. The document came through in editable Word anyhow, so I wasn't locked in to a document with errors, and also they just changed the charging basis to invoice when I asked (credit card was all that was initially available) without imposing delays etc. And, as you said, comprehensive and cheaper than any alternative I could find.
