Members may have seen the recent press about the ATO crackdown on SMSFs. This coincides with the publication of a new document put out by them called
Its Your Money... but not yet.
I would recommend this as a must read for all members. It is a good document and also has references of related documents towards the end that allows you to dig deeper on a specific issue.
If you click on this link it will take you to the document on the ATO website. Once there if you Right Click where it says Portable Document Format version, you can download the PDF Version using Save Target As.
